2K recently meet with Katy Clark to discuss a number of key issues. Katy's visit was in response to a very effective campaign by the class to raise awareness of the need for education in the developing world. The class asked some interesting questions about a variety of current issues. A big thank you to the class and to Katy Clark for attending.
2E were working hard to campaign for Human Rights. They were preparing letters for the Amnesty International Write for Rights Campaign. This involved writing to people who Amnesty International believe have been wrongly imprisoned or are unable to exercise some of their human rights. The class were also writing to the governments of these countries and to Katy Clark. All the letters were sent to arrive on the 10/12/12.
