The PE department work with pupils to devise a Full Value Contract for each class.
This is where both the teacher and pupils discuss what are the best class values for them to ensure that all pupils in the class are achieving their full potential.
These values then become the class contract and it is up to the individuals in the class to make sure that everyone plays their part to fulfilling these values.
